Loved my session here I got a Brazilian done. super quick, easy and not too much pain. I would definitely recommend getting something done here. better than the other waxing places i’ve been to.

I have the best experience at Lash and skin cosmetic in Randolph, MA. Customer service was excellent, Susanna is the sweetest, very knowledgeable, and she made me feel so comfortable. She takes her time with me and is always on time. I have my new spot now for waxing and anything to do with skin.

I decided, at the last minute, that I wanted to get lash extensions before a trip out of town. I called the boutique and Susana patiently answered all of my questions. I booked my appointment, without hesitation, for later that same day. When I arrived, I immediately felt comfortable. The space was clean and beautifully decorated. Susana had me clean my lashes before we got started. I’d never had this in other salons! She provided me with the supplies and instructions I’d need to keep my lashes in the best condition for the 2 weeks until my refill. During the installation process, Susana made sure I was comfortable as she worked efficiently on each lash. When I saw the final product, I was amazed. I have never received a set of lashes that looked so natural! It has been a week since my installation and I can honestly say that the lashes look as good as they did when I left the salon. I look forward to returning for my refill and becoming a long term customer of Susana.

Susana was great! I barely leave reviews, but was very impressed with the quality and the patience she showed me. Atmosphere: The location was very pristine and everything looked brand new. You can tell she maintains her boutique very well; there wasn't a speck of dirt anywhere, not even the vents on the ceiling! Knowledge: She was also very knowledgeable about eyelashes and a number of other services that we spoke about. I felt very relaxed and comfortable being in her boutique, and listening to her explain things, that I booked another treatment for next week. Treatment: Now I get antsy very easily, and I have a sixth sense for picking up when something is almost done (like the last five minutes in getting my hair done) and will feel as if I'm crawling out my skin. Susana was great with picking up on that, and made it a point to talk to me to keep my mind focused elsewhere. Results: I received eyelash extensions for the very first time. The lashes are so light; they look so natural and beautiful. My identical twin sister, who has shared the same face as mine for over 30 years, couldn't figure out what was different about my face and why my eyes looked brighter. I finally had to point out my eyelashes and she was amazed with how good they looked. My lashes look a lot longer with a beautiful curl. I am obsessed and will definitely be back for a refill. I now understand why they say they're addicting. I would and will recommend this location to my friends and family.
