Elite Skin Rejuvenation Day Spa

I had an amazing experience at Elite Day spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and inviting. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. I opted for a massage and facial package, and both services were exceptional. Nick, The massage therapist knew exactly how to work out all the tension in my back, and the facial that Stella performed on me left my skin glowing and refreshed. The products they used were high-quality and felt luxurious. The facility was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in the decor added to the overall relaxing vibe. I also appreciated the little extras, like complimentary beverages and warm towels. Elite Day spa truly lives up to its name—this was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their other treatments! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch day spa experience. You'll be glad you did!!!

I would like to share a terrible experience I had. I booked a prenatal massage for my friend and a normal 60 min Swedish massage for myself on September 12th of this year. I had my reservations as a coworker had told me about her bad massage experience not long ago and she had been going to them for years. I gave it a chance anyways I already had it booked & my friends paid. My friend and I arrive at 5pm our scheduled time. We were told the other masseuse could not make it so they were trying to call someone else in. It is now 525 and we are told this other person coming is in traffic he arrives and the massage starts approx 540. While we are waiting the worker there tells us I understand if you guys want to rebook. Tells us she can do it at her house and set up a table but for us not to say anything. I understand she was trying to be nice she kept apologizing. My massage by this gentleman was not even a massage AT ALL he must of been new but it was HORRIBLE. No lotion he was like massaging with his fingers to mostly my calf’s and back barely applying pressure when I asked for more pressure it did not happen. During the massage the music goes off in the room the lady masseuse decides it was appropriate to tell us oh yes this place is haunted it’s been here for a really long time this building. Wonderful. She was nice and played music from her phone. After the massage is over I spoke to the lady masseuse at the front desk and explained that wasn’t even a massage and the worst I have ever had. She said no problem I’m going to get you a refund back esp just for the waiting it self. She said I’m friends with the owner again she was just trying to be nice but still. I reached out to the owner I believe her name was Wendy I could not believe how rude and condescending she was through telling her my experience. She said things like “ laughed what the place is not haunted she shouldn’t of said that” “you could have asked for more pressure” “ you could have asked to stop the massage & leave”- I asked for a partial refund I thought that was reasonable and she would not budge just kept saying she could offer me a pedicure or manicure service but could not return any refund that they don’t do that. I told her this is poor customer service she persisted to say I’m offering you a service you just don’t want to take it. I told her after that experience I don’t want to come back. She said she would call me back in a few days and never did. This place has gone downhill and it is sad as I came here for many services for a long time. I left that day more stressed than when I walked in.

I’m not normally one to write reviews but this experience is one that I will never forget. If zero stars were possible that is what I would rate my encounter at Elite Spa. My mother was in town visiting so I took the day off from work so we could get our nails done together and then do some Christmas shopping for my kids while they were in school. My mother called to book the appointments the day prior, mind you neither of us have ever been to the Spa but both received gift certificates there. My mom booked a gel pedicure and a dip manicure for myself then a gel pedicure and a full set for herself. We both received a text message reminding us about our appointments the morning of. When we arrived at the spa we were both taken separately. The lady took my mom for her pedicure then shortly after another lady came in and took me for my manicure. My manicure was far from enjoyable! I was burned numerous times, my nails are lumpy and the top coat is already peeling off and the corners are chipping hardly 48 hours later. After being burned and bleeding due to the nail technician over filling and not having the proper experience with the electric powered dremel… she finally says to me “oh sorry Mammi I’m making nails” MAKING NAILS!?!? There was nothing wrong with my nails aside from maybe being shorter than what she is used to working with. Once my manicure was done and she was cleaning up I just sat in the chair waiting for her to direct me over for my pedicure that was booked. I finally spoke up and told her that I had a pedicure booked as well because it did not seem like that was on her agenda. My technician as well as the other technician that was working on my mother’s nails both looked at each other confused. They both went to the front desk to find out what was going on. Apparently the lady that booked the appointments in the system when my mom called to make them put me in for a gel manicure as well as a dip manicure… yep, 2 manicures booked for one client! Then the kicker, my nail technician does not do pedicures! The spa also had a party of 4 coming in for pedicures so they did not physically have enough hands to do my pedicure. After the botched manicure that I received I was honestly all set with letting anyone touch my feet also the manicure took over an hour and a half so there was no know how long a pedicure would have taken. The owner was informed of the incident and offered for me to come back the following day for a discount. I would not go back there even if the service was free! I work full time and have 2 children that I can not just leave to go spend hours at the spa attempting to pamper myself. I’m not going to even dive into lack of professionalism going on but maybe the owner should have a policy for her employees to not be video chatting while they have a client right in front of them. Yes I did tip my nail technician, did she deserve it no but no one should work for free… we all have mouths to feed and bills to pay. Sadly I still have $300 worth of gift certificates that I myself will NOT be using and I would never recommend a friend there after the experience I had. I am happy for those who have found the gems that work at Elite Spa and are pleased with their service's… but I will have to pass.

I received a 90 minute therapeutic massage from Stella and I cannot say enough on how amazing and educated she is in her work. She made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and I felt like I travelled to four different countries with all her learned techniques. Thank you Stella! I will be back you are great!!

If 0 stars was an option, I'd give this place that....This was my last ditch effort to give this place another shot after getting a hack job of a pedi a year ago.... I've tried emailing two separate emails that are on their website, and both bounced back. I've left 2 voicemails, and nothing. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, and because I can't get a call back this is my only option. For my birthday I decided to get a 90 min massage. Worst mistake. I left more perplexed and annoyed than relaxed as I had planned. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with complete indifference. The staff were loudly gossiping and complaining, and for about a minute, I was completely ignored. After I had to say hello in order to be acknowledged I was checked in. I was offered a beverage, which I thought was a nice touch, but unfortunately, my water never arrived. I had arrived 20 minutes early for my 12:00 PM appointment but, I was not brought to my massage room until 12:10 PM, and by the time I was fully settled, it was already 12:15 PM. That’s 15 minutes after my appointment time. As someone who frequently enjoys massages, I was disappointed by the lack of punctuality. Once in the room, I asked my massage therapist if the headrest could be adjusted, as it was uncomfortable and causing me back pain. I was told that it couldn't be moved. The headrest was also covered in such a way that it was difficult to breathe, and I felt increasingly claustrophobic as I tried to breathe through the sheet that was placed over the hole where my face should rest. The headrest then broke twice during the session, which further disrupted the experience. Ultimately, I had to move myself down the table to rest my head on the surface just to be comfortable. While my massage therapist was nice, she had the longest, stiletto nails - I was so taken aback, but I really was just there to relax and I always want to give people the chance, who knows it could have been great! It wasn't. I felt like I was being scratched the entire time rather than massaged, which made it hard to unwind. In addition, she weirdly ran her fingers through my hair that were COVERED in lotion and I left with what felt like a head of wet goop. Finally, the massage ended at 1:25 PM, not the expected 1:30 PM, cutting my 90-minute session short by about 30 minutes. I paid for a full 90-minute massage and received just slightly over 60 minutes of actual service. When I was checking out - I did advise the person at the desk that my experience wasn't great (when asked) and it was like she could care less! I'll never return.
