Amy was awesome during my Cools playing appointment , and laser hair removal. She brought me a blankets during my cool sculpting when I was cold and also brought me a juice box when I was feeling dizzy! She made my 4 hours there go by so easily !

I never write reviews on anything but after a year of scheduled sessions I am incredibly satisfied and so happy to be a loyal customer to LaserAway. This is a serious investment and the results for laser hair removal are AMAZING. Staff is incredibly sweet and attentive. Rescheduling appointments is easy and they are very flexible with your needs/ and schedule. I always feel like I’m being well taken care of. Today, I was taken care of by Stephanie and Morgan who I adore! I just purchased their “maintenance” hair removal package…and I’m excited to focus on other areas too…Every session I am more and more confident in this personal investment of mine. Can’t wait to explore other cosmetic treatments. Worth every penny. I love LaserAway!

I, like others, have also spent way too much money to not write a review. I do not spend money on myself ever. But I really wanted my hair to be gone. So I spent $3600 to get my bikini, legs, and underarms done (which I am still paying off). I went for 8 sessions which I’m sure now is a scam because i see almost no results. They said the hair could be 70-80% thinner. I can confidently say it thinned out by like 10%: I also want to point out that I never missed or rescheduled a single appointment. I showed up exactly when they told me to and followed their pre and post care instructions perfectly. I’m also very pale with dark hair. What they called “the perfect candidate.” After bringing up my concerns about no results to everyone (nurses, and front desk staff), they said it was hormones. I am not on a hormonal birth control, I have no kids, and I got sterilized years ago. So I am not pregnant nor will I ever be. So saying it’s “hormones” feels like a blanket statement that they tell people who complain. They also tried to blame me for missing appointments which really made me upset because like I said I never ever missed or rescheduled. I dealt with whatever appointments they gave me and rearranged my life around them for a year. What’s even more insane is that when I was done with my final session and they asked how everything was, I told them it didn’t work and I wasn’t happy. That’s when the sales pitches started. “Oh, well you can purchase more sessions for this price, and I TOTALLY recommend it because you have already done this much so you should really keep going.” I said there is no way I’m spending more money. But she actually kept going. They were very pushy that I needed to buy more sessions… I get that she has to make sales but Jesus Christ. Really trying to get me with the sunken costs. Here I thought they’d work with me and try and help me out but they offered me nothing. $3600 gone with no results.

Highly recommend avoiding Laser Away. I bought a package of 10 laser tattoo removal sessions and have been to 8 at this location. Of the 8 sessions, on at least four occasions my appointment time was moved without any call to me to ask if the different time would work. The last time this happened there was a client already in the laser room undressed and ready for her service; they asked her to get dressed and go back to the waiting room so they could do my session because of the scheduling mistake they made. On other occasions that my appointment time was not moved, my session began 20-30 mins later than the scheduled time. On on two occasions (most recently today) I arrived only to be told that their laser machine was not working and they could not provide the service. I had not gone for a session in over 6 months because I was extremely frustrated by this ongoing unreliable service but finally called a few days ago to set up another appointment because I have two sessions left. Apparently they were calling clients all week to reschedule because the machine is down but I had called and scheduled this appointment only a few days ago, but they allowed me to make the appointment and no one ever called me to alert me that the machine was down. To be fair when I was there today the girl at the front desk, she was very professional and polite and did offer me a hydrafacial for the inconvenience which I turned down for a number of reasons. Someone from their corporate office then called me this afternoon to try to resolve the issues I've been having. He was very accusatory and rude from the start and I told him I wanted a refund on the two sessions I have left. He said he cannot do that. I asked why and he kept saying "we just can't." I said fine then I want three sessions added to my account for free and he said no I cannot do that. So I said OK I want two sessions since there have been two times I have arrived and couldn't receive the service I signed up for. He said no I can only give you one. I asked why. He had no answer and just kept repeating he could only do one. When I finally gave up and accepted one session because I was frustrated (and admittedly had lost my patience at this point) I was told I would have to sign a release form. I interrupted him and said forget it I will just eat the cost and not come back. I won't be going back for my final two sessions and have recommended to others that they avoid Laser Away.

Some of the nurses aren’t as thorough and personable, I’m already nervous as it is coming in for my appointments- so it gets uncomfortable. I try to request certain nurses that I’m comfortable with seeing, however was told they can’t guarantee which is understandable. But who wants to see a different nurse at every visit. I wish they would tell me on the text message confirmation who I’ll be seeing ahead of time so I know if I should reschedule my appt or not.
