Dr. Elliot Lach, MD, FACS: Boston Surgical Group

I recently had breast augmentation surgery with Dr Lach and am very pleased with the turn out. Dr. Lach and staff are all amazing. Dr Lach is very personable with patients and did a great job of giving me the result I wanted. Not only is he great at what he does but he has great bedside manner. I was obviously nervous going into surgery but He made me feel very comfortable and way less nervous. After my surgery he has been very consistent with checking in and making sure all is going well with the healing process. I am very happy I chose Dr Lach as my Surgent and I would 10/10 recommend him to others!

Care to the core. Dr. Lach is a special guy/doctor. He is 100% about helping you get better. I came from Minnesota to receive laser treatments that I could not get there. These guys have the best laser equipment to deal with so many issues In one’s healing journey. Dr Lach spent a tremendous amount of time with me and never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. While I got my treatments they also found time to have Kaela do acne treatment on my 19 yr old son. I tell you what—his face has never looked better! Kaela is a very gifted esthetician.

As. Breast Cancer survivor I opted for reconstructive surgery 7 years ago. I only wish I knew about Dr Lach back then. After too many surgeries to count over the years ...he is the 3rd plastic surgeon I’ve seen. I needed him to clean up the mess left behind after I decided to have the implants removed. I have never been treated with such, skill and kindness from a Doctor. He talked with me about my entire health, taking a holistic approach to what I was asking of him. I’m now healing and feeling better than I have in a very long time physically and also about my appearance. He gave me options, no one else ever mentioned. I am extremely grateful.

I assume he is out of business, but in case he is not : do not go to him. I had a consultation for breast lift where dr lach said had would have to do extra surgery to attach more skin to around my nipples because they were smaller than average. The whole office was pretty sketchy and not professional. When I went to Dr I ended up getting the procedure with, he politely said that Dr Lach was disreputable and never said anything about attaching extra skin around my nipples. I am recovering nicely after going to another dr.

I started coming to Beautiful You with my daughters for facials (they were high schoolers then) Kiela has been wonderful with my daughters. All grown up now and in College they still come back here for their facials with Kiela they will not go anywhere else. Everyone here is polite and professional. Also, they are very satisfied with their facials. One daughter had a growing cyst on her cheek and was referred to Dr Lach Boston Surgical Group. Being a young lady and worried about a facial scar, Dr Lach removed the cyst, stitched the area and Voila! It was gone. Dr Lach did an amazing job. My daughter thinks he is amazing too. Very gentle, caring, professional Doctor. Finally, I addressed Dr Lach with 2 issues of my own. A lump near my breast which he removed (turned out to be a cyst). No more lump, and no scar. He also lasered a blood pimple on my cheek, also gone forever. I will no doubt come back if needed to Dr Lach and his professional staff. Gail, his assistant is very pleasant and she will make you feel very at ease. Thank you Dr Lach and staff for enriching our lives .
