Norma is the best! I’ve seen her over the years for many different things but most recently to treat the sun damage / dark spots / sun spots on my chest with the IPL. It was one appointment, and even though I’m a big baby, it was pretty pain-free. Norma is always prompt and gets right to it; she’s also a wonderful person to talk to. She’s definitely on the cutting edge of all different treatments and I love seeking her advice on what to do next.

As someone who gets nervous to try new things this was really helpful and made it super easy for me. I had other things I've always wanted to try, like laser hair removal but just didn't have the time but it's so easy since it's every 4wx and affordable. I also did the microneedling for under eye bags as well and let me tell you I wish I had found this place sooner!! Definitely go here!

Norma treated my under eye bags with scarlet and Agnes sessions and I am very happy with my results. Norma takes her work seriously and is dedicated and passionate about her work and about using effective treatments. Yesterday was my 2nd Agnes and 3rd Scarlet treatment and I’m excited to see how much more they improve. Norma gained my trust, and I now have brought up other concerns I’d like her to treat.

After a 30 minute procedure, I was on my way. 48 hours later my under eye baggage was almost completely gone. I will be going back for a second round to finish the job. 5/5 stars!
