I am extremely disappointed with Elaine Medspa. They sold me a weight loss treatment called MOUNJARO (I have this registered on WhatsApp), but I applied trizepartide from another laboratory. When a few days later they asked them if I had in fact taken a medication from Lab Lilly, they said that I had taken it from Hallandale or Empower. From then on, I asked what the concentration of the medication I was taking was, and they told me the volume... I then asked what the concentration was (and not the volume), what the batch, laboratory and expiration date of the medication were, and this was not recorded in their system. Some time later, I found the information I had requested from the nurse. This raised doubts in relation to the safety and control procedures. I was very upset, after all, I trusted this company. I checked the facts about the laboratories that (according to Medspa) were their suppliers and are good laboratories. I then requested to continue my treatment (as prescribed by their doctor), but they refused to continue (because I had questioned an obvious issue regarding the batch/lab and validity of the product). I will need to pay for a new consultation with another practitioner and find another institute that applies the same medication. 1- They sold Mounjaro, delivered it from another lab. 2- There was no system for immediately tracking information about my procedure. 3- They discontinued the treatment and left me in the lurch.
