After booking an appointment 3-4 months in advance, I showed up on time, and they informed me that my appointment was canceled. Also, they were rude during the call to book. Additionally, the receptionist smelled strongly of smoke.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve had plaque psoriasis and hormonal acne for the majority of my life. I’ve been to dozens of dermatologists and specialists but struggled to get both of my skin conditions under control. I’ve also had so many awful experiences with past dermatologists. I’ve been a patient here for about 3-4 years and I’m so happy! I was hesitant to bring up concerns about my acne due to being shot down by past dermatologists, but Dr. Runquist immediately worked with me for a solution. My acne is now virtually nonexistent, and my skin has genuinely never been so clear! I still have occasional bad flare ups with my psoriasis, but it’s been easy to get an immediate appointment and care for it. I’ve also had pleasant experiences with other dermatologists I’ve met for other appointments. It’s been so refreshing to go to a dermatologist office that is efficient, knowledgeable, and listens to all concerns with genuine care and works with the patient for a solution (although I’m very sad that Dr. Runquist has left)

Had a reaction to a prescription where i went to the ER via Ambulance. Called and called and left over 10 messages as well as emailed. No one responded in over 3 weeks

Called to confirm an appointment that was scheduled a year ago. I was told that I didn't have an appointment and that the provider I see is no longer there. NEVER received notification that she left. Now I have to find another dermatologist. Awful customer service.
