First time I met Roberta for a wax service was in 2021, which I had a perfect customer experience. Since that, I’ve been to her studio mainly to have my eyebrows done by Valeria. I have no words to her job and performance as an eyebrow artist. She’s perfect as a person and professional! 🩷

I have been going to this salon for over 1 year mainly for eyebrow services. Recently I had a facial with Roberta and she did a wonderful job, it was the best facial I ever had. Roberta is a perfectionist by nature. Valeria just started at the salon and she did my eyebrows for the first time a few days ago. I was skeptical and nervous because Roberta was doing my brows for awhile. Within just a few minutes of meeting Valeria, you would think we were just old friends catching up. She is very warm, professional and her skill in eyebrow design is like no other. I also would like to should out Daniele who is the one "behind the scenes" scheduling and answering calls ,all while making sure the day flows, and she makes it look so effortless and will greet you with a warm smiles always. I highly recommend this clinic!!

They go above and beyond in their services making the experience to be there, worth. In my case, after try several others beauty clinics, definitly, Roberta Barros is my favorite.
