The customer service and professionalism of the girls at Optimize is second to none. They make you feel welcome and provide in depth explanations on the benefits of the services. Personally, I favor the red light sauna, cold plunge, and standing red light. Doing each of these 3 times a week has improved my overall mood, health, and on a less spoken about note, my skin clarity and hair growth! I thought it was just for speedy recovery but after about 2 months of continuous use, 3 times a week, I’ve seen my hair get fuller and more healthy looking. My skin has also gotten a slight glow to it idk it’s hard to explain you just gotta try it for yourself! I highly recommend the Optimize services if you’re looking to improve your overall health and improve your recovery time. Especially if your a fighter, these services provide maximum muscle recovery after a lengthy training session. If you wanna be sharper than the other guys head on over to Optimize! 10/10

I went in for a facial with dermaplaning and it was absolutely glorious. I saw Danielle L. The bed has the music/speakers right in it so it’s immersive and so calming. It’s also heated - a dream. I’m always wary of the products but these were gentle enough to not bother my sensitive skin but powerful enough that people were asking about my glow for DAYS after. The shoulder / neck massage brought my neck down from my ears - which is where they live basically. I can’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed. I can’t wait for my next one and I’ll be gifting facials for the holidays. An added plus is that the room is just perfectly chic and fun. Go get a facial - you won’t be disappointed!
