New England associates is by far the most reasonably priced and also has great team members which are all highly qualified and my personal team member Debbie has treated me with patience and understanding, and all this is attributed to the owner Ed who has a fine run program, and has a Rolls-Royce operation, and I would highly recommend this company

Before finding New England Associates I tried the more advertised hair replacement company at the time and went with them and wasn’t happy with the results at all so dissatisfied I went on a search to find another hair replacement company and thank God I stumbled and found New England Associates the first consultation was great Eddie went above and beyond to help me reach my hair replacement goals and what they can do to help me and the best system for my hair loss and help fix the disappointment of what I experienced with the other hair company. New England associates has changed my life and my confidence level and I can’t thank them enough for what they do for me and every one who walks through their door

I’ve been with NEA for over 30 years. I care a lot about my physical health and my appearance. Losing my hair aged the way I look by 20 years. Ed LaDuke and the NEA staff always make certain my hair and the cut looks as natural as possible. Almost as if I had a full head of hair. They use the highest quality hair and stand by their product. They are the best. No matter what time of the day it is Ed and or Nancy are always there to address any and all concern or questions I may have. I very rarely have a need to reach out to them. Nancy is the technician I’ve been going to since I started going to NEA. She is amazing and her attention to detail is second to none. Going to and using NEA was one of the best decisions I’ve made when it comes to my appearance.and I am probably the most finicky person I know. I have high expectations and Ed a d Nancy fulfill those expectations every time. I have no intention of using another hair replacement company. SR
