Boston's Smartlipo Center - Finesse Lipo

This was one of the most horrific experiences I've ever had. I scheduled a SmartLIPO appointment but felt increasingly nervous about the procedure. After some thought, I decided to cancel and called the front desk, where I spoke with someone named Madison. I asked if I could cancel my surgery and receive a refund for my $2,000 deposit. Madison immediately referenced the contract I had signed, stating that the deposit was non-refundable and that her priority was scheduling, not patient concerns. I expressed my disappointment that scheduling took precedence over patient care and satisfaction. Instead of addressing my concerns, she became defensive and combative, even asking me not to be rude. Feeling pressured, I reluctantly told her to leave the appointment as is. However, after reconsidering, I called back and requested to see the contract. I also asked for her full name for my records, at which point she became even more defensive, refusing to provide it. She told me I needed to "calm down" and insisted she had done nothing wrong. At this point, whether or not I proceeded with the procedure was irrelevant—I was allowed to feel nervous about an invasive surgery. I was allowed to hesitate. The way they treated me was completely unacceptable.

Thrilled with my results from Laser Lipo! The entire team at Finesse did everything to make my experience the best. I traveled over 3 hours to have my surgery here because my friends results blew me away.I feel like I finally have my body back! Thank you everyone!
