I was so nervous,and in the past recieved a lot of wrongful information from my eye doctor and friends. When I finally decided to do it. I had a wonderful experience from my consultation to my follow up. All the staff was very professional, easy to talk to, and helpful. They answered all my questions and eased my mind. So a big shout out to all the staff. I thank you so much, u gave a piece of me back that was lost. Best present I could ever asked for. Happy holidays and I appreciate you all.

I had a wonderful experience from my consultation to my follow up. Everyone was very professional, easy to talk to, and helpful. They were always willing to accommodate me and there to answer questions. Short wait times and quick procedure. The only thing I wished was different, was more information on how I would feel after the procedure when the numbing eye drops wore off. But I am so happy I went through them. And I am even happier that I can see without contacts/glasses!

Overall I had a great experience. Everyone on the team was super friendly and very informative. I would definitely recommend family and friends that are interested in getting lasik. As for the procedure all the steps were explained to me prior to going into the room. When I got into the surgical room the steps were reminded to me along the way. Numbing drops worked great because I felt nothing. Literally in and out. Post-op check was nice and easy as well, I came in, checked my vision and was reminded of all the after care. Had a question about the Refresh Lubrication Eye Drops and if that were safe to use after the provided eye drops ran out and they said they are fine to use. Per their instructions just to stay away from the ones mentioned.

Getting treated at TLC has been one of the best experiences and choices of my adult life. Thank you so much to ALL of the staff for you patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I probably booked and cancelled 3 appointments before I when through with the procedure, unbeknownst to me, there was nothing to worry about.
