Quest Diagnostics

I had to bring my 1 year old for a blood draw to test for lead & hemoglobin. I also had to bring my three other kids along. The two technicians(is that what they're called?) who helped me were outstanding. So great with the baby and sweet to the other kids. They really made what could have been a difficult experience as pleasant as it could possibly be.

If I could give zero, I would. Been to multiple Quest Diagnostics over many states. Never been instructed by a doctor to make an appointment and never had an issue until this one. Showed up, checked in on the kiosk, I was on the list. Then someone who made an appointment went ahead of me, which is fine, but when I asked if there was something else I had to do she RUDELY and CONDESCENDINGLY told me that if you don't have an appointment for this location, you're fresh out of luck. So I went on the website to make one, and none were available, which means people would just keep jumping in front of me, when my experience with Quest has always been first-come-first serve. I have several health problems I'm desperately trying to get labs done for, but I definitely can do without the rude staff, and impractical system. Do not recommend.

Just once (I’ve been to multiple locations) I’d like them to actually have my bloodwork request from my doctor never fails despite my doctor sending it I end up delayed waiting for them to send again. Doctor said 9 times out of 10 Quest can’t find the order. Shameful - we make appointments for a reason.

Easy to make an appointment. Easy to check in. The real shining star is the phlebotomist, whom I have seen three times. She's kind, skilled, and professional. Gets my vein first try every time - thank you! Results arrive quickly for my review online. The reports show trends over time for the same tests - very helpful!

I tried to sign up online and was having a hard time, so I just went there. Signed in for ',help' and waited. Someone came out and said I had to sign in on the system, and I felt she was snippy. I left and went around the corner to South coast at Tobey Hospital. In and out in less than ten minutes and I didn't have to do anything.
