I have been a patient of my Nurse Practitioner, Barb St. John, for many years, even following her from her previous practice. She is incredibly thorough and attentive, especially since I’m prone to skin cancer. I visit the office frequently, and each time, I’m greeted with warmth and professionalism, which immediately puts me at ease. Seeing Barb is like seeing an old friend — I always leave the office feeling cared for and supported. My husband and two sons also see her and we all appreciate her care and expertise. What truly stands out is that Barb is always proactive and vigilant in monitoring and preventing skin cancer. I trust her completely to prioritize my skin health and that level of trust is hard to come by. I have total confidence in Barb’s expertise, as well as the entire office staff, to provide exceptional care for my skin health. It's rare to find a practice that balances preventive care with treatment for long-term skin health so thoughtfully. I truly couldn’t be more satisfied with the results and the attention to detail I receive every single visit. I trust Barb without hesitation and I’m grateful for the care she provides every time we see her.

I have never felt so positive about a medical practice in my life - and I'm 64 and have been to dozens and dozens of doctors over the years! There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this practice. The doctors are experienced and knowledgeable, with excellent "bedside" manner. The entire staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The care I've received there has been excellent - for both routine dermatology check-ups and care, as well as for some minor cosmetic services. You don't have to wait for months to get an appointment, and they rarely leave you sitting in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Wise is an outstanding dermatologist. She takes the time with her clients and is warm and knowledgeable. She has worked with me around hair loss and she has supported me at all times and never gave up! I have had remarkable hair growth due to her determination to address all medical options. I am so thankful for her expertise! Her warmth and caring nature is to be commended.

My two kids and I have visited Derm Wellesley for various needs including acne and skin checks. This amazing office was very nice, always helped find appointments when we needed them. Barb St. John is amazing!!!!
