LaserAway Wellesley

I absolutely love this location! The girls at the location really are the most welcoming, especially DJ! She is the most genuine and helpful patient care coordinator that ensures you get what you need and walk out with a smile on your face. Stephanie also is the most gentle and sweetest nurse there. This is the best location, can't wait to go in for my next session !!!

Today was a good day at Wellesley location I really love the music they play nurse Meghan White is amazing I really like DJ she made me feel happy and she listens. I’ve been thinking about facials and I see so many new ones. The Korean facial is my next treatment. This location is close to me and I can always call and DJ answers the phone very nicely. thank you LaserAway

Laser hair removal is something I would have never done in my life. I only tagged along with my wife and I was extremely nervous to get my sessions going. However, this location has some fantastic staff who are super professional and to the point. Honestly, I don't need chit-chat or back-and-forth questions about "is this okay" or "how does it feel". I just need the business done quickly and thoroughly. And the LaserAway at Wellesley does exactly that. I wasn't seeing great results for my first 6 sessions at different locations, but after my final two sessions at Wellesley LaserAway, thanks to RN Amy Huang and RN Stephanie Loynd, I see massive improvements and almost no hair growth. It's because these two ladies aren't stingy about zapping and are so precise and thorough. And huge thanks to the front receptionist for all your help and advice, DJ Lisa Griswold. I see complaints at other locations about how the treatment is expensive and they see no results. The reason is because the wrong nurse is administering the laser treatment. You won't go wrong with Stephanie L. and Amy H. as your RNs. We're paying $$ thousands of dollars, so it's only right that we get thorough treatments that we can actually see results from. LaserAway should have all their RNs get trained in the same way as Stephanie and Amy.

Was my first session and Morgan was just spectacular, super friendly and throughout the session she was explaining everything, super professional too, the lady at reception same thing. The location was just great, there is a parking lot in front of the clinic. 10/10

I love the Wellesley location! DJ has been so personable, kind, and helpful making appointments that fit with my schedule, she’s the best!! I had such a great experience with many different specialists but Kendra especially made me feel so comfortable, and prioritizes me getting laser results!! I appreciate that so much as laser is a big investment. 5 stars:)
