long wait with an appointment, others seemed to agree by the amount of people in the waiting room. doctors barely take time to know you and your skin, just in and out. my doctor spoke at the speed of light! copay was up front, refused to send a bill to me.

I had my appt today and everything went smoothly. It was a many months wait but that has always been the norm with derm's offices. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The wait was 10 minutes.... great!. The staff was also lovely, Dr. Demos, the new practitioner and the young lady who brought me in back.... all lovely!

Was a new patient this past year my last appointment was in may. Had appointment in july they called and canceled the night before. Then had another appointment schedule for September then got a call had to cancel. Now not schedule till November! I had to call to try to see someone about a flare up in August they said i can put you on a waiting list. This is very unacceptable.

Great doctors, not great waiting room. Nicer chairs, A/C, plants, bathroom access, it does make longer wait times more bearable.

I called to be a new patient and got a call back later from someone very rude and clearly doesn't care to do their job professionally. Appointments were 8 months out and they gave me hell regarding my insurance. I've always had Masshealth and no one, no other medical provider, has ever had to grill me on what kind of masshealth insurance I had. It was very clear that the person did not care about patients or manners as they made rude comments to themselves which I could clearly hear. It felt like it was just another routine call that they had to do and had to get through with no care to the feelings of others. It's also clear after reading the reviews for this place that I'm not the only person who had to deal with such rudeness and lack of professionalism. I'm staying away from this establishment.
