Best experience always. Kind and comforting staff. Easy check-in. Amazing Dr’s and PA’s with experience in all fields and have all referrals for any needs. Been seeing same PA for 30 yrs. Definitely the best Team here

I’ve been going to Atrius for years and the care and communication gets worse every year. I never have the same PCP each year, as the previous one quits and I get randomly reassigned. It’s also impossible to talk to a human being as all issues are forced through their app, which is horrendous. I’ll be finding a new health care provider soon.

Dr. Odegaard and everyone else in the office are absolutely incredible. Dr. Odegaard has been my doctor throughout my life, and now she’s my child’s doctor. Dr. Odegaard has incredible bedside manner, and remembers things that I don’t even remember telling her. All her NP’s are great. They do not push pills on you if you don’t need them, and they promote gentle/positive parenting 👏. The person at the front desk is always extremely cheerful and kind (which is rare in healthcare offices). After having a very unpleasant incident during a blood draw at B. Children’s Hospital, I do not trust anyone other than Jamie to draw my son’s blood, he doesn’t even cry, even when he was an infant she was so calming, never had to readjust or poke twice. The nurses are so amazing, and you can always talk to one over the phone if you have any questions. If there is an urgent concern with my son, they work hard to get him seen the same day. You can send pictures to them through their app, which is helpful. I thought everyone had this standard of care until I heard horror stories from friends and family who live in different parts of Massachusetts, and in other states. I couldn’t imagine not being able to speak to a nurse the same day I call (even when they’re closed), not being able to have my son seen the same day with an urgent concern, or having pills pushed onto me instead of finding the actual problem. Dr. Odegaard and her team actually listen to you, I wouldn’t trust my family’s health with anyone else. I am so grateful.

Absolutely horrible PCP. We saw a nurse with no bed side manners. She was rushed , no follow up or guidance on lab results which were clearly not normal. We have to chase them to get prescriptions refilled. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you choose this place as your doctors office be prepared to fall though the cracks. I say this as none of the doctors i have seen have time to see there actual patients. In my experience I have loved my doctor and her nurses but that dose not excuse having no open appointment dates to someone with ongoing medical issues. Or to someone completely healthy. Every doctor should have aducuate time to spend on there patients. In my experence of being at this office for several years i have spoken to many unfriendly and a few friendly receptionists. Most of them make you feel as though your issues are not important, something that should never happen at a place of medicine. Choosing this as your doctors office means waiting a substantial amount of time to see the doctor with any concerns. If you can make an appointment it is unlikely for you too see your actual doctor, but one you have never met- in my experence a different one each time. I have had similar experences at other practices within atrius health, so this must be how they choose to run there buisness. As one of the other reviews below me states, if your only looking to see the doctor for a yearly physical I'm sure this office will do you fine. But the moment you have some sort of illness be ready to be pushed to the side, as they will not have time to treat you. Nor does it seem, they care. Edit:The response below from the "owner" is an out of service number. Furthing my one star review.
