Jen is a 10 out of 10. She does phenomenal work, truly a talented and gifted woman. She was welcoming and sweet the moment I stepped in her salon. She did a color correction for me because I did an at home bleach experiment with my hair that left me with a brassy mess. I brought pictures in, showed her the look I was going for, and how I was concerned of damage. Jen focused on the integrity of my hair while also giving me exactly what I wanted. I recently had a fantastic experience receiving a gel pedicure and acrylic manicure. The attention to detail and skill of Jen was exceptional. My nails look stunning, and the pedicure was incredibly relaxing. The salon's ambiance added to the overall positive experience. Based on the reviews I was really excited to have my Russian manicure done here. Unfortunately I was stood up and my time not respected. I made an appointment online and received a confirmation email. I even received an email the day before reminding me about the appointment. I arrived for my 1:30 appt at 1:20 and found the place dark and locked up. The woman downstairs in the thrift store told me that she was just there and must have stepped out for lunch. So because I was a little early I sat in my car in front of the door to see when she would come back. I waited until 2:05pm and she never showed. I was never contacted. I sent an email and even tried to give her a chance to explain why she stood me up before I left a honestly bad review and never received a response. I was sorely disappointed and my time was truly wasted and I missed out on another appointment opportunity because I went with her based on reviews and ended up without my nails being done for a Xmas day event. Please respect people and their time. If I had down the same to you you would not have been happy
