I had a neck and lower face lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasties performed in June. Dr. Richards was very thorough with providing recommendations, explaining procedures and follow up care. In addition to his obvious surgical expertise, he was very patient and reassuring throughout the process. Front and back office staff were always friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend him for his expertise, and follow up care for cosmetic facial surgeries.

Dr Mark Richards is truly talented in what he does. I have had remarkable results in all of the surgeries he has performed on me. He did a cheek lift and chin implant with CO2 lasering under the eyes many years ago and my face still looks younger and fresh. I get compliments everywhere I go. He also did a tummy tuck for me and lipo in the thighs. My skin was so stretched out from having 2 very big babies that I wasn’t pregnant and had people asking me when I was “due.” Since my tummy tuck my waist remains flat regardless of a slight weight increase since my surgery. I can actually wear a bikini at the beach and I am almost 50! The lipo was great also removing the fat from my thighs for a tighter look. Dr. Richards is the most talented, kind, consultive, professional Doctor I have ever encountered and his work will leave you in awe. Janie, Dr. Richards’s nurse is amazing too. Over the years she and Laura have consulted with me on every surgery, what to expect, what to eat, what to do to achieve the best results. They are thorough, precise, kind and accommodating. I weighed 153 when I started and now at 136 I am very content having lost 17 pounds using TRT combined with dieting. I have dropped by body fat from 29% to 22% and increased muscle tone and definition, and I have had a significant reduction in cellulite, especially in my thighs.
