Booked my three kids for appointments at the same time (three different stylists). The morning of the appointment, I got a call that one stylist was sick, so had to shift to another. No problem, that happens. Then, on our way, we got a call that another stylist had to leave for an emergency. The scheduler was good at offering options, not her fault, but the stylist that covered my two kids gave my son the worst haircut I’ve ever seen. I told the ladies at the salon that it looked like my preschooler got a hold of scissors and hacked his hair off. They set me up with someone else to try to fix it, but the damage was already done. A year of growing it out, cut off it one appointment (we discussed light layering to blend, but ended up with 3-4 inches cut off). Apparently this was a stylist “in training” according to another stylist. I get it, it’s just hair. But be aware of who you are booking with. Ladies at the desk were good at trying to find a solution, 1 star review is based on the stylist.

Tobi is an amazing hair stylist. She takes the time to hear what you want and the best plan to get you how you want to look. The salon is clean and inviting. The chairs are very comfortable.

I have been getting weekly blowouts with Marissa N. I love being pampered and having a relaxing experience. I have difficult hair to blow dry because of how frizzy, unruly and wavy my hair is, and she always nails it! I am a hairstylist so I am pretty picky myself and I’m so happy everytime she styles my hair! She’s very careful and gentle, always taking of the integrity of my hair to keep my hair shiny and healthy!
