Alivia S. is AMAZING in the salon! Had my first appt and wasn't sure what to expect, but I was SO happy with her communication, professionalism and knowledge. She may be a "newer" stylist, but she knows her stuff! She was super sweet and did a fantastic job on my highlights! HIGHLY recommend! ♥️

I was incredibly disappointed by the haircut I received from a very inexperienced stylist, the ONLY stylist currently working at Ulta in Adrian. Unaware of her inexperience, I was pretty specific about what I wanted, even showing pictures at all angles. What I got was a super short, incredibly uneven, dry haircut that I paid WAY too much money for. I cringed watching her attempt at layering. I would never allow her to try to "fix" it, so I told her it was fine and left. Great Clips would have been a better option. I contacted the store and was disappointed by that response as well. Ulta will give your money back on any product you don't like even if there is only a little left. I did not even get offered a coupon for the inconvenience of having a terrible haircut that I will have to live with for at least 8 weeks until I can get it fixed (because it is SO short). In addition to the haircut- the fragrance section is also bad. Very few scents to smell, the area was overcrowded and somewhat dirty.

I can't remember the name of the gal that helped me, but she was working on 8/30/24 (Dark hair/glasses) she was lovely, super professional, gave her honest opinions to help me make the best choice for my skin and beauty. She also tactfully and gently introduced new products which made the decision to purchase other items I may have passed up on b4 super easy!!!

Emma did my brows at the beauty bar and they came out perfect! She was so sweet and a perfectionist!! Would definitely recommend and will be back!!

Emma T did my eyebrows for the first time today and she did an incredible job!! I love benefit bar and they are the only ones I trust with my lovely brows!! Thank you so much for your kindness and how wonderful you are at doing brows!! Definitely will be coming back and I 100% recommend!!
