Ive been doing my eyebrows for so long, waxing & plucking so after a while my brows didn’t grow back the same. I dealt with patchiness, hair not growing back how it normally would, I just overall wasn’t happy with my shape on top of not trusting anybody with my brows. Lol but all of that changed when I met with Fely 💙 I’ve watched her over the years perfect her craft and finally decided to take that leap of faith. She made me feel very comfortable & she walked me through the process. I could not be happier with my brows, 2 years later and I still look at them in awe 😍 I will always recommend Brow master Fely with Royal Strokes 100% 🫶🏼

I had an amazing experience at this salon! I recently got my eyebrows microbladed with Fely and had a balayage hair service with Brenda and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning—so beautiful and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The salon itself is gorgeous, and the overall vibe is just so relaxing and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made sure I felt taken care of and really listened to what I wanted. My brows look perfect, and my balayage is exactly what I envisioned—natural, sun-kissed, and beautiful. I’m so thrilled with both services, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I've been going to Fely for over two years now, and she’s the only person I trust with my eyebrows! Since I started seeing her, my brows have never looked better. She’s incredibly consistent, takes her time with every appointment, and always makes sure I'm completely happy with the shape and look of my brows. The compliments I receive from family, friends, and coworkers are endless, and I’ve recommended her to everyone I know. I hate leaving negative reviews but it’s taken me almost 4 years, thousands of dollars, multiple removals (8 glycolic) and going on my second pico laser removal to have micro blading work from former technician Sandra removed. I understand she is no longer an employee of the establishment, however, the process, depth of time, money and energy it took for my correction has been devastating. If you have fair tone skin be very cautious. I knew something wasn’t right the next day after the procedure, with the shape and color. I called the salon multiple times. I was told to “wait for the healing process to complete”. I called daily asking if anything could be done and I was told to “wait it out”. I was advised the technician went too deep into the dermis scarring and traumatizing my skin with over saturation of ink. The integrity of my skin has been compromised with the multiple removal processes endured. I was charged by the salon for 2-3 removal sessions, and finally after one technician there did a removal she witnessed the problem(s) and she kindly talked the owner into doing the remainder of the removals at no cost. I was told by the owner “I cannot guarantee others work” and “other places would have told me to take a hike with my complaint”. Any owner should always guarantee the work output from their business. After multiple visits and conversations, the owner offered to redo my brows at no cost once the removal process was light enough to take another try at it. We did, and the ink would not stay due to my many chemical removals. If they would have listened to me right after the process and taken my concerns more seriously I could have had an emergency removal done within the week of the initial procedure which would have eliminated all of the devastation this has caused. I went in asking for a light ombré and more defined shape. I walked out with crooked, very dark brown-black eyebrow that still affect me today. The purpose of my review is if it does not feel or look right go with your gut instinct and get it fixed asap. I’d hate to see anyone else go through the experience I’m encountering.

I took a brow training with Fely, and she is absolutely the best! Fely is a great instructor and is very passionate in everything she does. I walked out of my training feeling prepared and confident. Fely also did a brow lamination on me which I loved so much! Fely is very talented and cares for people. I recommend her salon and academy 100%
