Went to office today with Tricare insurance authorization in-hand and was told that since their office didn’t have dr referral (Dr’s office made the appointment) that after driving 40 minutes to get to their office, I wouldn’t be seen. Your office made the error as my dr made original appointments with you. Would never suggest using this facility.

Very pleased with the staff and especially Heather Birmingham. She is very knowledgeable in her field and was able to answer questions I've had for over 6 months. Looking forward to getting my biopsy results and getting to the bottom of this rash. Would highly recommend!!
