I’m sharing a factual account of my disappointing experience with this practice. Last year, I underwent a procedure that was unsuccessful. At the time, I was informed that I would receive a refund for the procedure. This seemed overly generous, even unnecessary, but I appreciated the gesture and the initial customer service. I was assured multiple times that my refund would be credited, and I was escorted to the checkout desk where the details were reiterated. The employee there confirmed that the credit would never expire and would be honored without issue. Fast forward to today, when I returned for another procedure, I was told that the credit I was promised did not exist—because, according to them, it was never approved. I was then offered a apology, with vague references to a “misunderstanding” and a “misinterpretation” on my part. Let me be clear: I was explicitly told there would be a $500 credit. This disregard for what was promised to me was surprising, and frankly, left me no choice but to walk out of the practice. I cannot trust a medical provider that makes promises and then, when held accountable, denies them. The issue here isn’t just the money—it’s the dishonest way I was treated. If there’s any response to this review, I expect it gaslight me into believing I misunderstood the entire situation. The staff was polite and apologetic, but their offer of four small skincare samples as an apology for failing to honor a significant commitment was disappointing. EDIT: I have spoken both in person and on the phone with BOYD, including management. I am not sure why they want me to call them again. I will update if they provide a resolution; if there is no update, assume they have not resolved the matter.

Ashley is the most incredible & knowledge injector I have ever worked with. She helped me feel absolutely stunning on my wedding day. She is kind & easy to work with. Honestly her skills are simply unmatched.
