Dr. Ballard is an amazing surgeon and I highly recommend her! I recently had a tummy tuck and liposuction and the results are better than I could have ever imagined. I am so happy that I found Dr. Ballard. Besides her amazing surgical skills she also has a great personality. Everyone I encountered in her office is very friendly and helpful. Her nurse Shelley went above and beyond to make my experience fantastic. Shelley gave me excellent instructions on how to prepare for the surgery, the surgery itself and post-op instructions. She answered all of my questions and was very positive and encouraging throughout the whole process. I am so happy with the outcome of this surgery and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to have Dr. Ballard perform this surgery on me.

I cannot recommend Dr. Ballard enough! I recently had a labiaplasty performed and I am beyond thrilled with the results. From the moment I walked in the entire team made me feel at ease. Dr. Ballard was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions I had which really helped me ease the nerves. She was warm and approachable which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. During the procedure itself, I was surprised to find that I felt absolutely no pain (they even played music and let me read my kindle!), Dr. Ballard and Christina made sure to check and make sure I was comfortable throughout - everything was so well managed, the experience was extremely smooth. As for the recovery, it was easier than I had anticipated! I had minimal discomfort and the aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow (they give you a little goody bag with the essentials!). I felt supported during the whole time and the results have exceeded my expectations (I am currently 3 weeks post op). I’m thrilled with my decision to go to Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery. If you’re considering this procedure (no matter the age - I’m 25!) this place is definitely where you want to go! :-)
