Such a wonderful experience here. I initially discovered this place through a Groupon and, honestly, didn’t have high expectations for the laser therapy. However, after a few sessions, I’ve noticed significant results, particularly in my lower belly area from my last pregnancy. I expected to be treated like a typical Groupon customer with lower service standards, but I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and professional treatment I received, making me feel comfortable throughout. Since my first visit, I’ve gone on to purchase three additional treatments: facials, laser therapy, and skin tightening. I highly recommend this location, and they always seem to have great deals available!

Beware of Venus Bliss! I had a truly alarming experience there about two years ago when I sought weight loss treatments, including the Venus Legacy. After spending a staggering $4000, I ended up with absolutely zero results nothing but frustration and regret. Despite my repeated concerns, the management was unhelpful and dismissive. They offered me a barrage of complimentary sessions for Venus Bliss, which felt like a desperate attempt to keep me on their schedule without addressing my lack of progress. It’s clear they prioritize profit over patient satisfaction. The marketing for their services is misleading. The before and after photos they showcase are heavily edited, creating false hope. I felt completely deceived, as the results they promised were nowhere near what I experienced. It was like being caught in a web of false advertising and empty promises. Even more unsettling is the lack of accountability from the management. When I expressed my concerns, I was met with indifference. They don’t truly care about helping you they simply want to keep you coming back for more treatments, regardless of the outcomes. If you value your time and money, steer clear of Venus Bliss. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint about their misleading practices, as it’s clear that their machines do not deliver the promised results. Save yourself the heartbreak look elsewhere for your weight loss journey!

The staff is very warm and friendly and very professional from start to finish. The process as very smooth and the staff was very informative about all of the procedures that they offer. The facilities were very clean and the process was very relaxing. I signed up for the Venus Legacy Treat 2 Complete program and OMG! it is amazing! Looking forward to my next session.

The esthetician that takes care of me is caring and aware of my more sensitive areas. The entire staff is very friendly and every visit is pleasant. Great team @ the Birmingham location.

UPDATE: NO ONE reached out to even attempt to fix the situation. This just proves they don't care whether you see results or not. They have your $2200 and that's that. I have an online group of over 27k members who are waiting to hear if they should try using lightrx and I'm going to have to share my negative experience recommending they don't waste their money. Sooooo disappointed and feel taken advantage of. 😞 Too expensive. Especially for no results after 10 treatments. Very disappointed. The star I gave was only because Victoria, the woman who did my treatments, is super sweet and I enjoyed talking to her.
