Pinnacle Dermatology - Brighton

While I really like the PA I saw today. I still can’t get over the long wait. 25 minutes till j got to the room: 3 minutes with the “intake”. Waited 16:05 in the room till he came in. He spent just under 7 minutes with me. 50 minutes total. Good thing I had the day off….. this was slightly better than my last visit.

Can't say enough!! Needed a new patient appt, got in same day. Staff was so wonderful and the wait time was good. PA was wonderful, provided great information and next steps. An absolute great overall experience.

When I couldn’t get into Michigan Medicine Dermatology for seven months despite having pregnancy related skin complications, Pinnacle was able to fit me in the same week. Not only was the appointment quickly scheduled but the care was thorough and patient centered. I will definitely be back if future needs arise and will recommend their services to others.

I was seen in September and now on October 24, 2024. Service and diagnosis has been very good. I've just started treatment for my issue. If successful, I will then rate a 9 or 10. Matt has been very good to work with. Thank you.

I would like to share a recent experience I had with Dr Matthew Adler at Pinnacle Dermatology. If you’re looking for a medical consultation, go elsewhere. Dr Adler just tried to sell me medications, and showed no interest in my underlying medical condition. He spent all of 60 seconds talking to me before writing me prescriptions. All of which I refused and made it clear to Dr Adler I was disappointed in his approach and then left the office immediately. I later called the office manager about this experience and asked them not to bill me for what I thought was a worthless experience, and she promised to have a conversation with Dr Adler. But lo and behold, a week later my insurance was billed for over $400. I’m terribly disappointed. This is the kind of place that gives doctors a bad name.
