Ever since the locations consolidated into one, my appointments have consistently been delayed. This could be a fluke, I am not sure of course but the delays are becoming a regular issue. On my most recent visit, I was informed the doctor was running over an hour behind. This is the second time I’ve encountered such a significant delay, and while I fully understand that emergencies and over-scheduling can cause delays, the frequency and lack of timely communication are becoming problematic. I did not complain about the delay, all I did was politely ask if I could receive a call when the doctor was ready, as I live around the corner and couldn’t afford to lose time at work. Instead, I was contacted within 10 minutes and told I needed to return immediately to avoid losing my spot in line (a line the office controls), despite there still being no clear ETA for when I would be seen. While I did not complain about the delay—I did request a small accommodation. After the prior delay, I did not voice any frustration, I simply left and chalked it up to growing pains. However, this continues to be a problem. We, as patients, are threatened with charges if we are late or fail to show up, yet it seems that when delays are due to the office, there is little understanding or flexibility. I have been a loyal patient for years and greatly appreciate the doctors care. I am writing not to complain, but to ask that the office take steps to address this recurring issue and communicate more effectively when delays arise. I did request a call from the office manager as well as the doctor and I never received one from either, hence turning to a review. It is important to me that these issues are not just acknowledged, but addressed to prevent them from becoming a regular occurrence. If significant delays occur, please try to be more respectful of the patients time and if needed be flexible to accommodate us. To sum it up for those reading the review, the doctors and nurses are fantastic just be prepared to wait more often then not.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. The wait time is very impressive. I really like Dr. Berry and feel very confident that my issue will be completely resolved. Would not hesitate to recommend this office.

I arrived early to the appointment; as instructed. People in the waiting room were on speaker phone talking (which I get isn’t their fault, but maybe a sign? Idk). They also did not bring me back until 35 minutes after my appointment time; after I had asked the front if I had been forgotten because so many people had come and gone. The MA stood 6 inches away from me; literally on top of me asking me questions. I was sitting in the chair in the corner and she gave me no space, which made me super uncomfortable. Then she tried to diagnose me before even the doctor came in. It was so weird. The doctor did come in short after, and the MA was right in her assumption but it just came off like she was stepping on the doctors toes. I’m not sure how to explain that. The appointment, which was very late, felt very rushed. Both the MA and doctor asked me the same questions (about family history of SC) multiple times… my answer was the same. Mom’s side; no but my dad’s side all died super young… like not a fun thing to repeat multiple times to the same people. I’m not sure they were listening to me at all through the appointment. She told me to go somewhere else, and that was that. The front desk staff was super nice, that is why it got 2 stars and not 1.

I have been so pleased with this group of dermatologists over the years. They book appointments efficiently and keep to schedule. Their staff Is very attentive and pleasant. Dr. Schreiber also greets me with a smile, and her expertise always makes me feel like I am well taken care of. They have a beautiful spacious new office with plenty of parking - so really, I think they are perfect in every way.

Very clean and modern facility. The people with medical backgrounds who work there are great. Every other employee is sub par and this place has messed up four different appointments for me. They will text you incessantly about your appt reminder but canceled multiple times yet never alert me. Show up over and over again to be told so and so is not in so sorry your appt was cancelled. They tell you if they do a biopsy they ONLY call if bad news.... Yet not true you will get called if results are negative but they seem to enjoy that fact they told you only hear from us if bad news yet call you anyway. They do not care about the patient. You are an invoice, a $, an insurance payout. Recommend go ANYWHERE else for dermatology needs unless the only thing you care about is a nice clean large facility.
