Went for the "consultation". I was the last patient of the day. When my husband and I got there, the door was locked and there was no one to be found. We knocked. Nothing. I hobbled down the hallway where a couch was since standing for long is painful. I called, got voicemail. We were about to leave when two women walked in asking if I was there for PT. I said no, my appointment was at 330 but no one was there at the office. That's when one of the women said "we walked around the building, we thought maybe you weren't coming." I was there 10 minutes early because there's always paperwork. I think they were hoping I wasn't going to show up so they could leave early, it was a Friday after all. It's just injections, not sure if anything new. I was to get a follow up with the "insurance coordinator " to make sure there was coverage. I never heard a thing. I texted. Zero. I emailed. Crickets. Finally, on the day of the appointment, I called in the morning to find out wth was going on. Turns out my insurance only covers 1 type of injection and they were all out. She apologized and said she was glad I called. This just seems like an unprofessional money grab clinic to me. I'm thinking even if they call me back I'm leery of going. They obviously do not think their patient's time is as valuable as their own. It will be interesting what my bill for the "consultation" looks like AFTER insurance. Bottom line, I suggest looking elsewhere for relief.

This review is for the Flint office on Linden Rd. Just been through the consolation and everyone in the office and the Dr . were very friendly . I sure hope this works as they say it works . I have received 2 shots in my right knee and ITS WORKING! I have no pain and my balance is actually coming back . I go Wednesday for my 3 rd shot . The PA Wendy is awesome and extremely concerned about my pain . The staff in the Flint office is great . I’m so glad I visited and these injections are giving me my life back . 3rd injection and I think I’m not hurting in that knee as much as I did when I started. Walking is easier and now I have to build my stamina again . One day at a time is my motto

The staff was very nice. Explained the procedure and answered all questions. However my knees are basically the same as before. I feel it was a waste of my time getting these injections with no relief.

The whole staff is knowledgable, friendly, and has a great sense of humor to help you feel at ease. Very informative. The young woman who gave me my shot was so gentle and caring. Would totally recommend this facility to anyone having knee joint problems.

This is the second time I’ve been back here in two years. The treatments worked wonderfully. They lasted two years! This time, my husband and I are getting treatments together. The staff is all very friendly, and professional. They really worked to get us in when we needed to get in.
