I received a Perfect Derma Peel on 6/20/2024. I was not given the normal take home products to continue the process. Zeina told me after the fact that the solution strength changed and I no longer need the additional products. Surprisingly, the solution did not peel my skin like normal. I have had this peel applied at other spa locations including at home several times before with much success. Later, the story changed and Zeina told me that the kit did not come with take home products. She refused to give me the contact info for her representative she said she orders through and she refused to give me a refund. However, I was scheduled to come back in after I said I spoke to Perfect Derma Company (via email) and was told that the product strength had not changed & it’s rare that 2 kits would be missing the additional products. Also, the vendors I order from and the previous spa (Straith Clinic) said the product is still the same. The date I was scheduled to have the peel applied, Zeina called and canceled me while I was in route after I refused to receive a different peel. I was upset that I took off work to go and never returned. I no longer felt Zeina or the business was trustworthy. I filed a lawsuit to get my $450 back.

Zeina and her team are amazing. The absolute best in the business.They care about all their patients and always make sure you walk out feeling and looking your best.
