My wife is immune compromised (liver transplant), and she has skin cancers forming all the time. Dr. Chapel and her wonderful staff (Cathy, Angela, Tina, etc.) are so attentive, pleasant, and professional. They make coming to our appointments a joy and actually fun. We are blessed to have them on our side through what would ordinarily be a stressful time. I recommend this practice with my highest rating!! They are the best!!

Dr. Chapel is terrific! She found some potentially life threatening conditions and guided me through surgical treatment. She is following my condition to assure no recurrence. She is friendly and gentle in performing biopsies. Office visits are a pleasure, because she is prompt and takes a genuine interest in patients.

I was in pain, I called for an appointment. The Receptionest was so nice that she took the time to contact the Dr. They made every effort to take me on same day. I do really appreciate it. You wouldn’t believe to get an appointment with a dermatologist on same day . Dr. Karen Chapel took the time to examine and explain the problem that I had and the treatment needed. I strongly recommend this clinic and the doctor . They are great

I wanted to set up an appointment with Dr. Chapel, so I called into the office to set it up. The receptionist was really rude and unhelpful. I can't say anything about the actual doctor, but man her staff could use some help in customer service.
