The total experience of the spa exceeded my expectation. The Diamond Glow facial left my skin glowing and feeling so soft. Customer service was awesome. I felt absolutely catered to and relaxed when I left.

The worst customer service experience. No one picks up the phone. And on the chance someone does it’s a man who I believe is using his personal number. Told me they will call me back never did. Tried making an appointment multiple times left multiple voicemails nothing. Made an appointment through the website and when. I showed up the building was closed. When I realized the building was closed, I called the number and that same man who is using his personal number answered. I told him I made an appointment online but the building seems to be closed. He told me if he can call me back. 10 minutes later, he called back and said that the business is currently closed due to new management taking over . I had already pre paid through Groupon and he essentially was telling me that there was nothing they can do and that he’s sorry. A month later, they began calling my number non stop, literally 6 times within a span of 10min. Then they tried reaching out to me through WhatsApp. A very strange way they run a business. Very very unprofessional. This is a real review not like the others that have been recently posted in order to get the ratings up.

I recently visited for a VI Peel and Botox, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Lilian did an Amazing job professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. The care I received was top-notch, and the results speak for themselves. My skin has never looked better, and the Botox was done perfectly. I highly recommend their services to anyone considering a peel or Botox.
