Paradise City Salon & Spa

This is a fantastic bath/salon/spa. It’s women only, and you can get packages with groups of up to 5 friends. I got the milk and honey bath package, and it was lovely. First you get a pair of undergarments to change into and a robe, and then you’re asked to take a quick shower (you don’t need to wash your hair tho), then you get time in the jacuzzi before your clay, natural soap, and milk/honey scrub which is done in a traditional way just like in Turkey or the Middle East. After that you rinse off and dry before getting a full body massage. The best part for me was the head and feet massages. It’s optional to have them wash your hair, and I think I would recommend not doing that because it’s nicer to have dry hair for the massage otherwise your head feels kind of heavy. I will definitely be back and recommending to others. Very clean, professional and lovely! And well priced for what they offer. Ty to Haneen and Nidaal!

Incredible service. I got my keratin treatment done here and they were so kind and professional. My hair feels the healthiest its ever been in my life and it’s all thanks to the lovely ladies at paradise. They served me tea with i thought was very welcoming. I also got a pedicure, manicure and wax which was all beyond expectations. I brought my mother in law over here to get some services done and she has been raving about her haircut and color ever since. I love this salon.

I wish I could give negative star ratings. We booked for our group of 3 for massages, pedicures and manicures. They were not staffed to service us. Only 1 person received a massage (not great at all). All 3 of us had pedicures and all 3 were horrible. The pedicure chairs were old with “leather” peeling, one chair’s massager did not work, another the insert for the spa bubbles did not work. Two pedicures were with regular polish, but the polish was thin and the toes were not fully polished. The third pedicure was on acrylic nails, the new polish was applied without buffing the nails so of course when the new polish was applied it was chunky and the manicurist just kept applying more coats. There was only 1 person for all 3 pedicures. They had help at the end by who I think was the receptionist. She clearly had no idea how to apply nail polish. We made the wise decision to not have them attempt our manicures. I wish we had not paid for the ”services”. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! Can’t figure out how to reply to the owners response, so editing my original review here… Dear owner: we were not late and you absolutely know this!! So in addition to sub par service you are also liars.
