Arriving at the Dr.'s office for the first time, I was impressed with the quality of the building and office. The receptionist was warm and efficient in the intake process. The medical assistant (Veronica) got me quickly and took me to the treatment room, where she, also, collected information for the record in an extremely friendly manner. Her involvement in the treatment process was sensitive and skilled throughout. Dr. Smith was also extremely friendly and clearly explained everything as he carried out the procedure. He showed a much appreciated consideration of the distance from my home, deciding that I can do my follow-up check-up via the electronic "portal" (unless there seems to be a problem with the healing of my ear). First of all, I was very impressed that I got two different text about getting in sooner than my May appointment. What a relief that I was able to get in in March instead! Then from the minute I walked in to the minute I left I felt very welcome there And once they put me in a room, Dr Artz tech came in at one point to let me know, we didn’t forget about you we will be in shortly. That was awesome! And then it wasn’t long and they came in. It was nice to not be hanging there wondering if anyone’s ever gonna come in! so I’m very happy with Forefront Dermatology. I appreciate all of you!

Each person I interacted with was warmly welcoming, pleasant and professional. The nurses were quite helpful in accommodating my mobility needs, and ensuring my understanding of the procedure. The PA was quick and efficient while being friendly, yet professional. Overall, this was a good experience.

Very busy morning but we were assured we would be seen. The Dr and staff took their time, made sure I understood what I needed to do. Made me feel very comfortable . This is where you want to come for skin issues

Dr Smith and his assistant Sara did a wonderful procedure removing a cancerous growth from my face. The only fault I found was with the external company that keeps patients informed about the whole process. The program fails to inform patients that they should plan for what could be a lengthy procedure. Please be sure to ask so you can plan your day. Everything in the clinic was great.
