Dr. Auster was great. Saw him for 15+ years. Since he retired, this place has gone down hill and processes patients through as fast as they can - without show of concern or the even the attempt of being thorough. I am not comfortable with the time, attention, and bed side manner of Dr. D'Sa. I do not recommend. (issues with billing, Botox application and over exaggerating the qty. injected, and time spent with the patient) The medical assistants are kind and friendly. I will be finding a new full-service Dermatology center.

My dermatologist, that I had over the years retired so I Had to go on my insurance provider website to see what's dermatologist.is still in my network and Rebecca Wang, MD Was one of the doctors that popped up So I took a chance and chose her Excellent choice This dermatologist is 5 stars all across-the-board I will recommend her any day.

Worst place ever. I would not recommend going here if you have a job. They initially told me they wouldn't have to see me for 3 months after prescribing me a pill for acne. Then, they only gave me a 30 day supply of the pills and told me I had to have an appointment in order to get my prescription refilled. When I went in for that appointment, there was over an hour wait, so I just left because I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. All I wanted was my prescription refilled and I don't have time to take 2-3 hours off a week once a month for that. They have no respect for the working class.

Joseph at the front desk is rude and seems to wake up with a life mission to not provide people Healthcare, I had an appointment for 3 months, called to try to reschedule as I would have to go out of town, he then told me my insurance wasn't accepted, cancelled my appointment, and hung up on me, I called my insurance and they confirmed this doctor is a provider in my network, I called back and Joseph hung up on me again. Thank you for being another problem in the long list that is Healthcare in America

I was a patient of Dr.Auster for over 20 yrs. These people that are in there now are rude and very unprofessional. I need Mohs when I asked the doctor that performs Mohs about my ear she replied you only see one ear at a time. Yeah I went somewhere else. I miss Dr. Auster
