Farmington Dermatologists PC: David A. Baird MD

My entire family has been to Dr. Baird for various skin concerns and he is an amazing doctor. He's very patient and knowledgeable. Also, his desk staff has never been anything but nice and helpful to us. It's a pleasant experience all the way around and I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Baird is the best doctor I have ever met! Also, after searching for several years & seeing 5 doctors who did not know what they were doing, Dr. Baird fixed me up right away. I stayed loyal for almost 20 years. I come from Florida to see him now that I am older. Stick with what works =) He is a great guy too. Great at explaining & great results. His receptionist team is awesome also. I am a big fan!

If I was basing my review solely on Dr. Baird, I would give more stars. However, the lady that sets up the appointments and handles the billing is about as unprofessional as they come. I was a new patient and had been referred by my primary doctor. When I called to set up an appointment, I almost hung up because the lady was so rude. I struggled through dealing with her, but only because I was referred. Dr. Baird is very knowledgeable and quite competent. Then when I was checking out after my appointment, you end up dealing with her again. She is such a miserable person to deal with that I will not be returning. She seemed very put out that she was going to have to send my claim to my insurance instead of me just paying on the spot. She tossed a pamphlet at me and said "we'll be in touch if we need anything".

I’ve always loved to see Dr Baird but with only needing to come there every 3 years it is unfortunate I had to go else where since they charge $150.00 new patient fee if you do not come more often. Good luck to him - best dermatologist!!

Unfortunately the office staff here is the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. The office lady I think named Jodi refused to book an appointment and hung up on me! I have been coming to see Dr. Baird for almost 10 years and the office ladies have always been unpleasant but it has gotten to the point that It is unacceptable. I will no longer be coming back to this office and in search of a new doctor. Jodi I believe is her name and she should be dismissed from her job. Replied: Owner response is not true at all. I simply asked for a different appointment and I was told it would be 15 months. I was rudely spoken to and hung up on. I then called back twice to talk to office manager and was never rude to that person. If Your office is not the problem, how come you have so many bad reviews stating otherwise? You should really review your training policies and customer service.
