Have been a client for a year now and have loved my experience - Lisa is so helpful and she always gets me in and out quickly!!! She listens to what you need or are looking for and gives suggestions to get you the best results possible! Found through groupon and have been back multiple times since!

Lisa is by far the rudest business owner and injector l ever met in my life! I am a licensed nurse and I went to her because over the phone she sounded like she knew what she was doing! She’s very rude, unprofessional, scammer and malpractices her job! She even texted me saying “how dareeee you talk to me like that” as if she was God or something like that, in the time I wish she knew how to do her job properly and safely!!!!! She injected me fillers and Botox without even having my written consent which is definitely illegal and raises medico legal concern and I have photos taken in her “medspa” and l kept the track of messages between us but when I went to google now to write this review, l found out that manyyyyyyy customers had issues with her and that she was never up to the standards of care and practice expected to offer and that she never solved her customers’ issues or showed any empathy. Anyway, I gave her a month to rethink about what she wrote to me and what she did to my face after using the wrong product and wrong technique on my face and damaging it with all these induced filler pouches, rolls and non homogenous face skin texture. In case she doesn’t respond to me ethically and professionally and corrects what she has damaged, I will have my lawyer deal with her and will have a lawsuit against her and will make sure some of you attest to that and will keep you updated.

Lisa is awesome and does great work she is the only one I trust not far from the Dearborn area to my lashes and other work if needed.

I purchased a Groupon for Botox and tried to schedule online. However, there was a 50$ deposit to schedule online. I tried calling 12 times in one day during business hours to see if I could schedule without the deposit because I already paid on Groupon but no one answered. So I got my money refunded and will look elsewhere. I don’t want people injecting things into my face if they can’t even answer the phone.

I regularly had my lashes done every 2 weeks here for almost a year. I was never late and I never canceled (although she did numerous times). The day before my last appointment, Lisa asked if I could do a 3:30. At 9pm I told her I was working til 6 pm and would just keep my 6:30 appointment. The day of my appointment she started messaging me at 5:22 and I didn't respond as I was at work. When I saw the messages as I was on my way to the appointment, Lisa informed me she had already left because she hadn't heard from me. Then text me at 6:32 saying I still wasn't there. Horrible customer service. ETA: I lost ALL of my natural lashes after going here and I'm just now growing them back a full YEAR later. PLEASE GO TO A PROFESSIONAL.
