I went in for a breast and tummy tuck consultation. Dr Sofer just was not personable. I thought she'd explain implants/sizes and such. Nope. Just took some measurements and basically left. The nurse came in took pictures and gave me the price sheets. I left there not knowing anymore than when I came in. I talked to my pcp and she said go with mu gut so I decided to go somewhere else. She was just not for me. Very cold demeanor.

Dr. Sofer and her staff are amazing. I had a bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction and she made sure after my surgery that she kept a close eye on me. She and her staff took so much time to explain everything. The work she does is amazing and is easy to get ahold of if needed. I highly recommend her.

Save Your Consultation Money!!! This is my 2nd breast augmentation with lift 7 years apart with this one actually being a breast reduction, breast lift and replacement of smaller implants. Went in with a 550cc implant and received 390cc. Dr. Sofer failed to remove much breast tissue only removing 71gm from right and 79gm from my left breast, leaving me left with the same breast mass and leaving me with massive amount of scarring around my areola’s about 1/2inch thick, I even used the scarring treatment recommended on her scar information sheet. Another thing is that my stitches had healed in my skin which her assistant couldn’t even remove them, Dr. Sofer had to come in and aggressively remove the stitches which caused even more thick scarring. During followup telling me I should lose weight, I am 5’4 and 160lbs, fully toned nice shape body. She seems to have an answer of nothing but excuses of why things are the way they are. “We only can remove so much fat tissue” “your implant is pushing on your skin thats why the scarring is showing” “you need to remove your implants if you don't want the scars to show”. Ummm excuse me, she is the cosmetic doctor and she is supposed to know exactly what to do before surgeries and listen to her patients as she failed, now I have extremely major scarred, heavy, sagging breast; everything you know I went in for and paid to get corrected. Now after spending $11,350 to her plus the hospital fees of $5,130, I have to get a revision from another Doctor that actually knows what they are doing. I went with her because she was a female that I thought would understand better than a male doctor, my previous implant doctor said he wont even fix someone else’s mess, sadly. I should have went back to him to begin with, his lift was amazing with minimal scarring that healed perfectly. Reached out several times to Dr. Sofer for little, to no return response back. Very unsettling how she could take patients money like that and leave them with results the way she did to me. Seriously seek another cosmetic surgery doctor!

My whole experience with Dr. Sofer was great! So knowledgeable and professional, and helped me with every single question and concern throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sofer and her staff are the absolute Best!!!! I cannot express how grateful I am for them! They gave me my confidence back and the entire process of my surgery and recovery was so much easier than I had anticipated! They are all so very knowledgeable and patient and care about their patients! I highly recommend them! The only regret I have is not doing my surgery sooner! I can’t thank Dr. Sofer and the entire staff enough!!!!!
