most of the staff are kind. however, i’ve never had an appointment with the doctor that lasted longer than 5 minutes. she tends to be very dismissive and won’t explain the issue or how to remedy it outside of medications. i’ve been prescribe 3 separate types of antibiotics (not together) and have not been able to reach the office to let the dr know they are not working. i try to explain my issue, she takes a few seconds to look, then sends in a medication. i go to school in toledo ohio, and had to drive almost 2 hours to talk to the doctor about my acne. the person i spoke to on the phone (letting them know i was going to be a bit late due to traffic on the way) was rude when i tried to explain my situation and that i was driving a long way for this appointment. she questioned how long the drive was (she kept saying “it’s an hour and half max”, why would i lie about that?) and she said “if you’re even a minute over we won’t take you”. i ended up there before that cut off, spoke to the dr for legit 2 minutes and left. i understand that being late isn’t the easiest to deal with but a bit of compassion goes a long way. i drove all that to speak to the doctor for 2 minute. My acne is worse than ever before and I have been trying to contact the office for the past 2 weeks.

Had to have a mole removed and it was so quick and painless. Her and her staff are very kind every time I go in.

Doctor lawrence is amazing! She is caring and thoughtful and actually takes time with her patients. I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes max.

Dr. Lawrence and her staff did a great job with my IPL sessions. They are all very friendly and Dr. Lawrence in particular did a good job of explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back in the future.

Dr. Kelsey Lawrence is amazing!! She completely listened to me regarding my situation and was very thorough discussing my treatment options with me. It’s been refreshing knowing that she has the knowledge and skill to help me when I had almost given up!! Thank you for being awesome!!
