I don't feel Dr. Bontumasi listened to my issue. I had a rash for several months which is painful. I tried telling him how it felt like it was burning and I couldn't sleep well because of it. He acted as if he was not only in a hurry but also didn't care and perhaps, that I was lying. The rash is very visible and it hurts so badly. However, I'm was just another patient for him to see, and what I said and how I felt didn't matter to him. I had to ask him for a cream because I don't know if he was going to do anything for me at all. he told me it just needs to run its course, which could take months. He lacked empathy. I will not go back and not recommend.

I have had 3 appointments at Forefront over the last year. Every appointment has been a 5 star worthy appointment. From the moment you are greeted at the reception area through checkout every single person is friendly, helpful and professional. Their office follows up with phone calls to ensure you are healing well and offer to answer any questions you may. If you have any questions about your skin I would 100% recommend Forefront.

Here’s the deal. I like that you can schedule online, that’s about it. Here’s my experience with Forefront: Trying to reschedule is pretty hard. I’ve looked for a way to do this online but there is just no place to reschedule online. I waited on hold for 10-25 minutes to talk to ANYBODY. Depending on your needs, you may have to be redirected to another line which is whatever. Once I actually got through to a person, I had ~3 minutes to reschedule and ask questions before they needed to put me on hold. I Had to leave a message after waiting another 10 minutes of being on hold and they did not call me back. The other thing I don’t like is their constant attempts to upsell me. Why do they even ask what my goals are if they don’t listen? I have tried to like Forefront but honestly I think starting fresh elsewhere is the best option for me.

Very professional well organized practice. I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes to be taken to an exam room and Dr B has always been in almost immediately. Very thorough exam and friendly caring demeanor. Highly recommended.

Fastest appointment ever, got me right in, addressed my concerns and had me out the door in 10 min including a biopsy and "freeze" treatment. I normally would think that's TOO fast, but Dr. Bontamassa clearly knows his stuff, he's efficient, knowledgeable, and high energy.
