Dermatology Associates of West Michigan

I’ve seen Kristen for a few years now and she’s great. Very friendly, answers all questions, explains what she’s doing or looking at, and offers solutions whenever possible. And I always get “service with a smile”. Great office to be involved with!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this dermatology office. I requested a new patient visit online and was promptly called in person to see if I wanted a sooner appt time. (Amazing.) The check in process was fast and straightforward, minimal waiting in the spacious waiting area, and very personable care from both the medical assistant and physician. Instructions were clear, assistance and follow up were offered through the portal (really helpful since I live 2.5 hrs away). Whole process was pleasant!

Dr Cahill and his staff are very kind and attentive. They were very thorough and knowledgeable during the examination. I felt as though they genuinely cared about a couple of things they found potentially problematic and took the necessary steps to determine the proper course of action. Their level of professionalism is top tier while still maintaining a personable bedside manner. I actually enjoy going to this particular doctor. Thank you for your care!

Kristen Meyer and her nurse were amazing, so personable, took time with me, thorough skin check, educated and explained current treatment, future prevention and even added a service outside the purpose of my appointment. This place does not care about the patients. They just want your money. They have pushed back my appointments multiple times and never checked in on how my treatment is going. My allergies are chronic and I need treatment and they know that and they just keep giving me the run around cause there is only one doctor and he on vacation. This place sucks and I don’t recommend it. They caused me so many issues and never said sorry or we will fix it.
