Okay so the reason I’m not eating 5 stars isn’t because a lack of skill, I have been there only one time, And the services turned out absolutely amazing as far as results and skill from the person I had my appointment with. She was great. However, in order to make an appointment, you have to first have a consultation over the phone, During that consultation, they will go over all the different services that you’re interested in and you’ll tell them exactly what you’re interested in and they’ll give you a price and you have to pay that price right then in there in order to book the appointment. That’s all fine and dandy. But they don’t tell you is that you have to go through an Entirely new consultation once you get there for your appointment, If you’re interested in fillers, They will take your money to pay for the fillers over the phone, but if you’ve ever had any type of an allergic reaction, They’ll tell you that they can’t do it for you, There are certain questions that they will ask you to make sure that there’s very little chance of anything bad happening to you which again I can respect that, What I don’t understand is why I go through a consultation that takes an hour and pay for all of these services. Answer a whole medical questionnaire before I get to this appointment, just to have a second person ask you all of these medical questions and then did not use services. You were already approved and paid for. There were two different things that I paid for and was apparently okayed for until I got there. Both of those things were not an issue when I was booking the appointment and paying for it. And then when I wanted a refund, they wanted to go over all of these other services so that I would still spend the money there which is again fine, Except when I told them I would rather have my cash back and call in the future for appointments if interested, It was then that I was told it’s going to go back on my card and it could take up to a week, But I’m going to have to wait for a day or two for someone to email me a consent form that I have to sign and then after I sign that and send it back then I’m going to have to wait for up to a week to get my money back. I feel like they trap you into spending more money before knowing if you’re even eligible for the services, Just so that they can talk to you into more services and basically make the giving you back your money process much longer and harder than it has to be over their own mistake. That’s extremely frustrating.

I had an amazing experience the ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful. I was educated on the different services offered. It was a welcoming comfortable experience. I received Botox from Brooke and she made it completely painless

Macy has done my filler and lip flip a few times now. She’s sweet, always very detailed, precise and gentle. I leave feeling confident and very happy with my services by her. I highly recommend her to anyone considering any treatments at Ideal Image GR!

I received laser hair removal treatments here, and the staff has always been super kind and knowledgeable. They have answered my endless questions, and the appointments were always on time and quick. Highly recommend the procedure.

She did a great job. I've been there a couple times. It's never a "fun" experience getting poked,lol, but they make it as painless and quick as possible. I'm always afraid of looking frozen, but they do a great job of keeping it natural but leaves you looking refreshed. I don't know what they do with the eyebrows but I've finally got the arch I've been trying to get all my life. lol.
