VAGOTIS Cosmetic Surgery + Skin Center

I went to Dr. Vagotis for a breast augmentation and am very happy with the entire experience. I interviewed a handful of surgeons in West MI and felt she was confident and knowledgeable from the beginning. I was prepped well on what to expect. The staff along with Dr. Vagotis were so accessible, attentive and kind before, during and after the procedure. Results are beautiful, even better than expected - Highly recommend!

I had a rhinoplasty 1.5 years ago with Dr. Vagotis. She was a very nice person and all, but she did not do the best job. Although she took out the bump, she left my nose thicker than ever before especially on the right side. I feel my nose is bigger in a way. She said the swelling will go down and it looks the same since I first got it. In most lighting, you can see my nose looks a bit crook or too thick. From the front it looks like there still is a bump. Worst of all I still feel self conscious of my nose. I told her about my concerns and she said if I didn’t like it she can help improve it. I’m just bummed that I have to pay extra money since she’s not even in Chicago anymore and able to help.

I am not one to complain. That is why it has taken me so long to make this review. I had a mommy make over in February of 2022. Unfortunately, nothing turned out well. Like others, as soon as I started noticing problems, Dr.Vagotis attitude changed. Very long story short, Dr. Vagotis was going to charge me Another $10,000 to simply pull the extra skin she left on my tummy tighter. Another, well known Dr. Did it for $3,000. My breast's are not good either. They have been square from the beginning. The scarring is horrible. I literally look like Frankenstein. As with my tummy she said that I needed to give it time. At one point, she tried to say my breast's were square to begin with. Well yes ma'am, They were saggy tube socks when I came in. That is why I wanted them fixed. Sadly, my left breast is still very square and I certainly don't look like I've had work done. Under my shirts, I look like I have old lady boobs. That sit in my armpits. My advice...there are so many other physicians, choose wisely.

Simply the best. A super professional team who give you the confidence and comfort to do what you need done. I hugged Francine afterwards I am so happy with the results!

Disregarded my requests for an arm lift, insisting I only needed lipo. Totally wrong. I've been researching this for years and I have enough extra skin to fly. Her quote for my lipo after looking at me for 3 seconds? 10k! No thank you.
