Canceled my wife's appointment and discharged her as a patient because she owes a small amount of money yet. Said they sent a registered letter but their receipt doesn't even show it was delivered to a person or even our house, just says "delivered" wide offered to pay off bill but was told it was their policy to not accept back patients they have discharged.

I had a first visit with Dr D last week and although my questions were answered, she was dismissive and somewhat insulting. She took less than 5 minutes with me and she didn’t need to do anything about any of my concerns. Seemed burnt out.
