The dermatologist that I have been seeing over the past several years always has the best staff and nurses helping him. He is kind, caring and compassionate about what he does. I highly recommend Houghton Aspirus for dermatology. As a previous LASIK eye surgery technician I pay attention to how medical staff treat their patients.

I've dealt with medical gas lighting multiple times there. From not just the doctors but nurses as well. And I never receive the treatment I need. They get me in and out as fast as they can and have showed zero concern for my medical problems. You're better off going to portage.

Tom D. Raisanenis a joke! He doesn't listen to his patient. He doesn't even examine or look at patient. Complete disrespectful uncaring unprofessional joke. If you want results don't go to this charlatan! He quite literally told me to diagnose myself. I have never come across a doctor so unprofessional. And then Aspirus charges, you for an incompetent individual telling you to diagnose yourself!

Went in for an ear infection, doctor was nice, they couldn’t see my ear drum so they had to do a cleaning. I was not informed that the cleaning would be 300$ and not covered by my insurance. Very disappointing to be charged a total of over 600$ for an appointment lasting less than an hour.

Took a little while to get in, and had to be rescheduled due to time zone change from original appointment. However, this was not emergent, so it was fine. The appointment day itself went smoothly from front desk reception to Nurse Rea, to Dr. Raisenen. Competent, professional, knowledgeable, reassuring. Thank you.
