THE NEW DERMATOLOGY GROUP

I had been suffering for couple weeks or more with horrible pain and discomfort..after my visit with Dr.Joshua I went away feeling like he totally answered all my questions and patiently helped with his kind words and sympathy for my situation he reassured me sayin.. We'll take care of you..don't worry.. feelin relief already!❤️

Was a little rude to a receptionist on the phoone so got a call from an admin who went about lecturing and scolding me like a child until i hung up on her for lecturing me when im a 52 year old man with a disability who just happened to be in a lot of pain that day, therefore they banned me when i was waiting results of a biopsy and they where even so petty and spiteful they wouldnt give me my results over the phone so im waiting on the mail since i have been advised i am not even allowed to call their office. Thats fine though because i dont want a doctor who is that petty and doesnt have compassion for someone who has health issues. If i could give negative stars i would. They also have a complaint on the better business bureau and are not accredited by the bbb, do yourself a favor and find another dermotologist group, perhaps forefront. UPDATE: A kind nurse did call with my results 2 days later even though the admin said they would be mailed.

Receptionist was so officious it border-lined on rude. Would it hurt to smile or say hello almost like I’m a person! Fortunately the nurse practitioner I saw was the opposite of the receptionist. It will be my last time, I’ll drive to meet my needs.

When I went in, I had no idea what was going on and was pretty scared. I was in a lot of pain and had a great deal of itching. By the time my appointment was finished, PA Joshua Hulkonen had done such a great job of reassuring me that all would be fine, that my mind state was completely oppositional to what it was upon arrival. Ramona was great when I had seen her before as well. Very grateful to have a good dermatology team that has my back! (literally and figuratively)

Thankful to dr josh and the others i have saw , very up to date doctor , staff was great also . We are lucky to have this in our area
