Highly recommend Dr. Turner for skincare and lip injections. I was very anxious about the lip injections and she talked me through the whole process. My lips turned out just the way I wanted them to. The office always makes sure to get you in and out in a timely manner.

I've been a patient/client at DCLO for several years and have never been disappointed Audrey is always friendly and knowledgeable as she helps me navigate through medical and aesthetic procedures. I appreciate her casual style and willingness to suggest products and options that work for me. As a cancer survivor, I also rely on her expertise each year for an annual skin check. The entire team is friendly and inviting and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have been seeing Audrey for almost two years for skincare and checkups. She is very knowledgeable and professional and just super nice. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice and helpful. Not sure about the other complaints regarding rude front desk staff? I personally have never experienced that, even when I called to tell them I was running late. Aside from one odd experience I had where the M.A./tech accused me of making the wrong appointment and was super rude to me (I didn't make the wrong appointment-- it turned out the person at the front desk was new and it was her error), I have nothing but great experiences with this office. I would recommend them to anyone, and have already referred several people there who have had equally great experiences.

I’ve seen Audrey for years , most recently today. Office staff was accommodating and pleasant. Audrey is wonderful, asked her about an issue unrelated to my visit. She took the time out of her day for an unscheduled procedure. Would recommend her to anyone !

Depends on what treatment you’re looking for, but my experience with this office across two years time was disappointing and makes me wish I left much sooner. The rose tinted view they put upon their own work is out of touch with reality, and my experience with Dr. Turner is that she couldn’t be bothered to give you a single minute of time. I’m someone who believes you should be able to ask questions on you’re treatment, I practically had to block the door to ask a single question before she'd bolt from the room to squeeze in her next appointment in an always over booked schedule. Disrespectful and insulting.
