Pinnacle Dermatology - Lapeer

What a gem of a dermatology practice! Dr. Michelle is simply amazing - she listens with such care and makes you feel completely comfortable sharing any concerns. The sweetest staff I've ever encountered, from check-in to check-out to the wonderful nurses. Everyone here treats you like family! The office is easy to find and booking was a breeze. If you're looking for a dermatologist who truly cares and a team that goes above and beyond, you've found your place. Five stars all around!

The whole thing felt...predatory. Before I even spoke, the doctor and nurse(?) or assistant(?) (middle-aged blonde woman) were looking at me with obvious judgement. I'm a 36 year old man with rosacea. Doctor told me to describe my problems, and once I started, the assistant interrupted me talking to the doctor and showing him something on her tablet. Pretty rude. Then they laughed at me when I asked if there was a different medication. And again, the assistant interrupted me in the middle of my 20 second statement to talk to the doctor. They clearly didn't care about anything I had to say and seemed so unprofessional it was childish. Then they want to charge me $136 WITH insurance PLUS $65 for the cream (doctor told me it was $55) for such a visit. I would seek another dermatology office.

Love Michelle and all of the staff! So happy to have this office in Lapeer as I used to travel to Grand Blanc just to see her.

My appointment was at 2:10,pm. I was called in at 2:10. I saw the doctor within a few minutes. The Dr and I discussed a few things, and he noticed I had a few things that needed a little attention. I was in my car at 12:25. The best service from a doctors office I have ever had.

Karen the nurse was very nice and caring. Michael the P.A did a great job on his closure. All the staff were very nice.
