10/10. A mark on my face turned out to be skin cancer. The team at Pinnacle Dermatology was amazing! Booked right away. Great staff. Always the same receptionists. My plastic surgeon was more than fantastic!

I was able to get a new patient appointment within a few days. Anne the NP was very kind and caring and the staff as well. I was very happy with their quick and immediate care. Anne also performed a same day procedure that needed to be done. She was very attentive! I highly recommend this office!

I was really impressed by the friendly demeanor of both the office staff and my doctor, Annie. My appointment was also super fast and detailed at the same time. Thanks so much! Update: My treatment plan for rosacea is working. I can see a difference in less than a week!

The staff members were friendly and respectful. I didn’t wait long to be seen by the doctor and she was kind and easy to speak with. She gave me my advice and options. Overall it was a quick, productive appointment. They won’t be accepting Medicaid in February 2025 so I may not be able to return but would if I could!

Have been to the Brighton and Livonia location. Seen the pa at both locations. Both have great bedside manner along with completing a thorough exam. Matt in Brighton helped diagnose what another dermatologist botched up and thanks to him my melanoma was removed and I’m ok. Only switched due to a move to new area but was equally as happy there.
