I had an amazing experience with Rachael. Everytime I walk in the office I am greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. Rachael always takes the time to listen to my concerns. She explains my treatment options, and answer all of my questions. I am greeted with her kindness, bright spirit and smile on every visit. I felt confident in her recommendations because every issue she has treated the results have been fantastic.I couldn’t be happier with my skin! I highly recommend Rachael to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dermatologist!

I went in today for my skin because I was having bad breakouts on my face. I had such a good experience with Rachel, she was really sweet and made me feel so comfortable!! Love it here.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the recent experience I had at this clinic. After waiting over two months for an appointment, I called to confirm the time, only to be informed that it had been canceled for no apparent reason. No one contacted me to notify me of the cancellation or offer to reschedule. Now, I’m being asked to wait another two months for an appointment. This lack of communication and respect for my time is very disappointing, and I will not be recommending your clinic to others.
